Ella’s fortunate clients benefit from three generations of real estate wisdom. Her grandfather was a real estate salesperson and her parents are residential and commercial property investors. This meant that Ella spent many weekends growing up renovating homes and joining in on meetings and business transactions. Being born and bred into property gives Ella untold knowledge of all facets of the industry.
Ella has entered real estate straight from working in administration at Bayleys meaning she understands the back end of real estate transactions that most agents don’t even have anything to do with. This gives her unique insider knowledge that is of great benefit to her clients. For Ella attention to detail, time management, and communication are key parts of any real estate transaction. She delivers honesty and transparency throughout the entire process so that her clients are kept well informed and can make accurate decisions every step of the way.
Outside of work Ella can often be found watching the rugby at her ‘local’, the North Shore Rugby Club. She also enjoys catching up with friends, exercising or scoping the market, and going to open homes.
Having grown up in Devonport Ella considers herself a North Shore local through and through and specialises in Devonport to Northcote/Glenfield. Having lived in Mairangi Bay she is also very familiar with the Bays area. She has a soft spot for beautiful old villas and also weatherboard homes, considering the latter a perfect start in the market for many buyers, as they are sturdy and tend to hold value well.
