Jess Fulford

Jess is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Telos Group. She began her career in 2002 and went on to complete a conjoint degree in Business Management and Law at the University of Waikato—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both accounting and legal systems.

After becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2015, Jess launched her own accounting firm, where she continues to provide expert financial services to a broad range of clients. In her role as Payroll Manager, she ensures seamless, compliant payroll operations for the agency's growing team, drawing on her deep expertise in accounting and business systems.

Jess is known for her precision, professionalism, and approachable style. When she’s not managing numbers or running her firm, she enjoys spending time with her young family and embracing the balance between work and home life.
